Everything was perfect

I made a appointment for a oil change and tire rotation. I had to take my car in early that day because the fan to the radiator kept running after I turned the car off. The Service Department got my car in to check it. They found the problem and ordered a part for it. They let me use a courtesy car till the next day. They did the oil change and tire rotation put new wiper blades and cabin filter on. Fixed the problem with the fan to the radiator. I have said it before Jay Hatfield Chevrolet GMC Dealership Service Department does a wonderful job!! They have outstanding customer service!!

Service advisor didn’t ask about changing my air filter they just went ahead and did it and charged me for it, obviously overpriced ripoff.

Service dept here is always helpful and does a great job. My only "complaint" this time was the amount of money I was charged for a new engine air filter. I think $75 is very excessive for this part when I can get one at an automotive store for half that.

I asked about windshield wipers, but I don't think they got replaced, not sure if I got charged or not, it says part other 36.00 dollars if they did charge me, they didn't replace them because they are still doing what they did before. streaking on the passenger side.
